The college starts in 1994 functioning with the first batch of BPT students, · The eighth batch of MPT & tenth batch of BPT students graduate. · 2005 - 2007 batch MPT students bagged 5 out of top 10 university ranks for the academic year 2005-2006 : 2nd Rank - Mr.D.Ramesh; 3rd Rank - Ms.A.Hanah Teena Madhuvanthi; 4th Rank - Ms.N.Madhu Baala; 6th Rank - Ms.S.Josephine Julie; 7th Rank - Ms.G.Preetha ,Third consecutive time Winners in State Level Inter Physiotherapy Collegiate Quiz competition "FOCUS - 2008" organized by PSG college of Physiotherapy, Coimbatore. Till 2008, 380 research studies has been carried out by the students and has been submitted to the Tamilnadu Dr.MGR Medical University, Currently numerous research studies is being conducted by students and staff in the attached Kovai Medical Center & Hospital, Coimbatore. (www.kmchonline.com)
